Every remote job has a timeline.
Most people join it too late.
Openings sit on company career pages for days before the big boards pick them up.
Hour 1 · at the source
A company quietly posts the role
On its own career page or applicant system, one of thousands of sources almost no one checks. It lands in this feed within the hour.
You apply hereDay 3 · the big boards
LinkedIn and Indeed catch up
The listing gets syndicated and everyone sees it at once. The applicant counter starts climbing fast.
Week 2 · buried
Hundreds deep, reposted, stale
Recruiter spam, recycled listings, ghost jobs. Your application is one of hundreds, if the role is even still open.
Hired through jobs nobody else saw
Most of these roles never reached the big boards. Members got there first. Here's how that went.
Got hired through a posting I never saw on LinkedIn, and I was checking LinkedIn daily. The company only had it on their own site. Slightly annoyed about the months I wasted before finding this.
Good tool. The feed is overwhelming on day one until you set up filters, which is why not 5 stars. But hiding stale and reposted jobs is genuinely useful.
I've been on the hiring side. The first 20 applications get read properly, the next 200 get skimmed. Being early is everything and this is basically a tool for being early.
Does what it says. I'd want filters on tech stack too (you can filter level and salary but not language or framework), hence 4 stars. Found solid leads regardless.
every other "remote" board is full of hybrid jobs that want you in the office 3 days a week. this one actually flags that stuff.
I'm in Nigeria and most job boards show me roles I can't even apply for. Here I set my country filter once and everything I see is actually open to me. Two interviews so far.
No recruiter spam since I signed up. That alone was worth it for me.
cancelled after i got hired and it really was two clicks, none of that "call us to cancel" nonsense. rejoined this month now that i'm looking again
I check it in the morning before work, takes like 10 minutes. Applied to 14 jobs in 3 weeks and got 3 callbacks. Better ratio than Indeed ever gave me.
was skeptical, paid for one week just to try it. found my current job in week two. no complaints
Applied to a QA role maybe 2 hours after it showed up here. The recruiter told me in the interview I was one of the first applications they read. Signed my contract last month :)
My last two jobs came from company sites I found by accident. This basically does that accident on purpose, thousands of times a day. Wish I'd had it years ago.
Your next remote role is out there.
It's just hidden.
