They handle time management, provide day-to-day guidance to employees and managers, and help ensure payroll inputs are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.</p><p></p><p><b>What&#39;s in it for you</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience personalized career journeys with growth-oriented development opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Engage in purpose-driven work that makes a positive impact on society.</p></li><li><p>Be part of a values-driven culture that fosters inclusivity and innovation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Superpowers in Action</b></p><ul><li><p>Configure and maintain time management software used for France and Belgium, including associated tools and related settings.</p></li><li><p>Manage working-time administration, including entering annual entitlements (such as RTT and paid leave), verifying annual entitlements and balances, creating manager follow-up reports, and triggering alerts when anomalies or support needs arise.</p></li><li><p>Track absences end-to-end, including data entry, maintaining absence records, and submitting absence declarations through administrative portals.</p></li><li><p>Collect, validate, and transmit payroll input variables (such as meal vouchers, telework allowance, on-call or special premiums, local premium adjustments), ensuring accuracy across HR systems.</p></li><li><p>Support reporting and HR process continuity by producing regular dashboards and contributing to payroll-related reporting, while also stepping in to cover payroll responsibilities during absences.</p></li><li><p>Producing annual reports for their scope</p></li><li><p>Contributes to post-payroll cost control in collaboration with Finance</p></li><li><p>Provides coverage for the Payroll Specialist during their absences</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Location</b></p><p>This position requires to work at least 2 days per week at our offices in Bussy-Saint-Martin (remote work authorized for the rest of the week).</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Professional title or degree at Bac &#43;2/3 level</b> in accounting, human resources, or business management</p></li><li><p><b>Proven experience</b> in payroll management and personnel administration</p></li><li><p><b>Experience</b> in international, matrix-based organizations</p></li><li><p><b>Knowledge of labor law</b> in at least <b>two European countries</b></p></li><li><p><b>Strong attention to detail</b>, with the ability to maintain accurate, reliable HR and payroll data</p></li><li><p><b>High organizational skills</b> and the ability to prioritize effectively</p></li><li><p><b>Ability to develop and maintain a strong employee experience</b>, including clear communication, adaptability, relationship building, and problem-solving</p></li><li><p><b>Expertise in one or more payroll and HR software systems</b> (preferably Workday and ADP)</p></li><li><p><b>Strong collaboration skills</b> with adjacent teams and related functions</p></li><li><p><b>English at professional level</b> expected to work in an international environment</p></li></ul><p><b>Location</b></p><p>This position requires to work at least 2 days per week at our offices in Bussy-Saint-Martin</p>
