You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you&#39;ve learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by your designated internal team. </p><p></p><p>The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills. </p><p></p><p><b><u>Ideal Candidates Will Be</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English</p></li><li><p>Have a love for Human Resources especially in Labor Relations</p></li><li><p>A strong multitasker</p></li><li><p>Highly organized and accurate with detailing information</p></li><li><p>Have a proven history of accomplishing tasks on a strict deadline</p></li><li><p>Executes tasks and listens to guidance</p></li><li><p>A team player</p></li><li><p>Highly flexible within the realm of HR as this will be a dynamic position</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Programs That Will Be Used</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Microsoft 365</p></li><li><p>Asana </p></li><li><p>Various Microsoft Office productivity software </p></li><li><p>Various web portals </p></li><li><p>Various communication applications</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Role Details</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Industry: Outsourcing | Promotional </p></li><li><p>Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 CST</p></li><li><p>Workdays: Monday through Friday </p></li><li><p>Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient</p></li><li><p>Salary Grade: PHP 25,000.00 – PHP 30,000.00</p></li><li><p><span>#WorkFromHome Set up</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Job Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Manages and oversees the entire disciplinary process, particularly in termination cases, including investigations, documentation, and communication with employees and relevant stakeholders. </p></li><li><p>Ensures consistency and fairness in applying disciplinary policies and procedures. </p></li><li><p>Advises leaders on appropriate disciplinary measures based on the severity of the violation and applicable laws or regulations. </p></li><li><p>Monitors and addresses instances of unauthorized absence without leave (AWOL) by employees. </p></li><li><p>Initiates appropriate actions to resolve AWOL cases in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. </p></li><li><p>Communicates with employees and their supervisors to gather information and determine the appropriate course of action. </p></li><li><p>Maintains accurate records of AWOL incidents, actions taken, and outcomes. </p></li><li><p>Manages the process of dismissing displaced employees due to authorized and just causes. </p></li><li><p>Coordinates with relevant departments to ensure smooth transition and adherence to applicable labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies. </p></li><li><p>Provides support and guidance to affected employees during the transition period. </p></li><li><p>Collaborates with managers and supervisors to develop and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees. </p></li><li><p>Monitors the progress of PIPs, provides guidance and support to employees, and assesses their compliance with established goals and objectives. </p></li><li><p>Serves as a point of contact for employees with labor relations concerns and grievances for Rank-and-File employees</p></li><li><p>Conduct investigations, gather relevant information, and analyze complaints or issues raised by employees. </p></li><li><p>Performs other tasks analogous to the foregoing</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Additional Job Requirements</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Education: A degree in Communication, Human Resources or Psychology required</p></li><li><p>3&#43; years of professional Human Resources experience</p></li><li><p>1-3 years of professional Labor Relations experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>About DCX</u></b></p><p></p><p>DCX is a leading BPO that supports growth-minded small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.
