Responsibilities • Act as the first point of contact for Greek-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner. • Listen actively to customer issues and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding. • Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues. • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer complaints or challenges. • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken. • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. • Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed. • Join us on an exciting journey to shape and revolutionize a new brand in the market • Kick off your birthday month with a bang!
