We are employee-driven with an environment that creates opportunities for growth and development. </p><p></p><p><span>The Account Coordinator, Queue Team position monitors client accounts for all client updates including but not limited to accounts being placed on hold and/or accounts being closed for repossession. The Queue Team is responsible for getting any new information over to the correct processing team and/or the agents so that the agent may acknowledge and act accordingly.</span></p><p></p><p><b>What You'll Do: </b> </p><ul><li><p><span>Monitor and process client holds and closes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Process and coordinate new client updates with active agents</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain excellent customer service, strong telephone support, and the ability to answer or research the answer to internal and external customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify issues as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed, and follow up to confirm resolution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review and process recoveries and handle all additional client requests related to recovery operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Utilize knowledge of multiple computer systems, such as the internal operating system, Microsoft Office products, third-party vendor systems, and integration partner systems. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in all daily activities. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform other duties as directed by PAR Management</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Need: </b></p><ul><li><p><span>High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing experience is preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to communicate verbally clearly and effectively and in writing. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Competent office skills are required.
