Lead Data Analyst Location: Remote Working Hours: US Time Zones (PST - EST) Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projects - Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models - Mentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytelling - Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights - Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role - Strong command of SQL and Python/R for analysis and modeling - Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker - Proven track record of leading projects and teams - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders Tools & Technology - Python, SQL, or Scala - Apache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent pipeline orchestration tools - Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift - AWS, GCP, or Azure - Kafka or Spark (advantageous) - Google Workspace - Slack, Zoom, Jira, and other remote collaboration tools Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
