Handling aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, </span><span>identifying</span><span> and </span><span>submitting</span><span> screened, top talent for a range of positions and a range of professional experiences. Successful associates </span><span>demonstrate</span><span> a strong, independent work ethic, proven </span><span>methodology</span><span> for attracting top talent including conducting research and strategically sourcing, the ability to develop and cultivate strong working relationships and a passion for providing excellent client satisfaction while ensuring weekly and monthly </span><span>submit</span><span> goals are met. While this is not a sales role, the Associate Recruitment Consultant will </span><span>exhibit</span><span> sales competencies as this role requires influencing others and success in a quota driven environment. </span></span><span> </span></p><p></p></div><div><p><b><span>YOU WILL:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Develop and execute an effective and innovative sourcing strategy to </span><span>identify</span><span> exceptional talent </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Conduct complex internet searches using a wide range of search engines, social media, direct / cold calls, networks, directories and recruitment tools and databases </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Build and </span><span>maintain</span><span> a network of candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management. </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client position requirements and organization culture fit </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Present strong talent for open positions, overcoming objections in the process </span></span><span> </span></p></div></div><div><div><p><span><span>- Update and </span><span>maintain</span><span> administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry and reports </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Maintain strong relationships and satisfaction with candidates and supported partners </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p></p><p><b><span>REQUIREMENTS:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Ability to successfully perform aspects of recruiting including high-reaching market research, cold calling, internet searches and strategic sourcing methods. </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline driven environment </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcome </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially able to communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Ability to prioritize time and work effectively, keeping recruiting pipeline in consideration at all times.</span><span> Additionally, able to expertly communicate pipeline to others </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Strong </span><span>client</span><span> focus and commitment to continuous improvement </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationship </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Adopts change and </span><span>demonstrates</span><span> flexibility when direction or priorities shift </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Actively </span><span>participates</span><span> on recruiting team and looks for ways to make valuable contributions in addition to cultivating an environment of open collaboration </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>- Demonstrated computer </span><span>proficiency</span><span>, including intermediate G Suite skills and strong social media presence </span></span><span> </span></p></div></div><div><p></p><p><b><span>ARC (45k to 6</span><span>0</span><span>k)</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><p><i><span>The Salary for this position is </span><span>anticipated</span><span> to range between 45k to 6</span><span>0</span><span>k annually. </span><span>T</span><span>his</span><span> range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, skills, training, and other considerations </span><span>permitted</span><span> by law. </span><span>Factors that may be used when making an offer may include, but are not limited to, a candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and any client specific specifications.</span><span> Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will </span><span>generally be</span><span> reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor </span><span>where</span><span> prohibited by local law.
