Job description
OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
Supporting Church Planting work from Morocco to Iran
Our team is working across the full spectrum of church planting - from pioneering efforts where we're celebrating our first local disciples, to explosive movements where churches are multiplying. In one nation, we're nurturing a handful of reproducing churches. In another, indigenous leaders are planting new churches every week. Across this diverse landscape - from the hardest ground to the ripest harvest fields - we're hitting operational limits. We urgently need an Operations Associate who can help us scale intelligently, supporting both the slow pioneering work and the rapid multiplication movements that God is orchestrating.
THE REALITY
This role is half executive support, half project management, and completely essential. You will base in a city in North Africa to work directly with senior leadership coordinating efforts that span from Morocco to Iran, affecting work in multiple Muslim nations where tens of millions have never heard the Gospel clearly.
When you excel in this role, field leaders spend more time training and coaching church planters instead of wrestling with logistics. Strategy meetings happen smoothly. Resources reach the right people at the right time. The infrastructure supports frontline ministry.

· Sees needs and takes initiative
· Takes a chaotic situation and naturally creates order
· Can support leadership one moment and independently run a major project the next
· Actually follows through on everything, every time
· Learns fast and adapts faster
· Gets genuinely excited about making things run better
We need someone who understands that in this context, being operationally excellent has a direct impact on ministry effectiveness and impact among the least reached.

THE IMPACT
Your work directly enables:
· Church planting teams operating in sensitive areas
· Training programs for indigenous leaders across the region
· Strategic initiatives we're running from North Africa to Iran

This isn't theoretical - we're talking about real people, real churches, real transformation happening now.
REQUIREMENTS

· You take initiative - you don't wait to be told what to do
· You're reliable - people know they can count on you completely
· You're improving things constantly
· You can handle complexity without getting overwhelmed
· You're excited about being part of something bigger than yourself
WHY NOW?
We're at a critical point. The ministry engagement and the live movements we're supporting are growing faster than our current infrastructure can handle. We need someone who can step in immediately and help us build systems that can scale with the opportunity. This isn't about maintaining status quo - it's about positioning for growth.
This is a chance to use your operational gifts in one of the most strategic mission fields in the world, working with teams that are seeing breakthrough in places that have been resistant to the Gospel for centuries.
