<p>Full-cycle recruitment</p><ul><li>Own end-to-end recruitment for an agreed portfolio of professional and managerial roles</li><li>Lead intake conversations, structure assessments, and drive hiring decisions with leaders</li><li>Ensure every hire aligns with Techo-Bloc's values, culture, and long-term vision</li></ul><p>Sourcing &amp; talent attraction</p><ul><li>Lead proactive sourcing efforts for your own roles and provide sourcing support to fellow recruiters on the team — building pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-priority positions</li><li>Identify and engage passive candidates through Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and targeted outreach</li><li>Share sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and candidate insights with the broader TA team to raise collective capability</li><li>Use AI tools to craft compelling job postings and personalised candidate messaging</li><li>Leverage social platforms and digital tools to reach talent beyond traditional job boards</li></ul><p>Strategic partnering</p><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role design and market insights</li><li>Help leaders think beyond immediate needs — recruiting with succession in mind</li><li>Support internal mobility and identify high-potential talent for future roles</li></ul> <ul><li>5+ years of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience</li><li>Proven track record recruiting professional or managerial roles</li><li>Strong ability to build rapport with hiring managers and influence without authority</li><li>Bilingual in French and English (English required to serve clients and employees outside Quebec and in the U.S.)</li><li>Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time capacity</li><li>Genuine passion for people, culture, and long-term impact</li></ul> <ul><li>A collaborative HR team of 12+ professionals across Canada and the U.S.</li><li>Real autonomy — own your work and bring your ideas to life</li><li>Meaningful impact on teams, culture, and the future of a growing company</li><li>A positive, energetic environment where people work hard and enjoy the journey</li></ul>
