Neo Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Greek-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our Greek-speaking customers. Responsibilities : • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Greek through chats & emails. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management. • Fluent in both Greek and English. • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Fully remote work opportunity. • Flexible working schedule. • Interesting product. • Salary and bonuses based on your performance. • 5-day work week. • Learning opportunities. • Career growth prospects.
