Product Owner — Financial Reconciliation & AP/AR Automation
Location: Pune / Remote / Hybrid
Experience: 8–12 years

Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Owner — Financial Reconciliation (AP/AR) to build and scale a domain-led automation product line on the NeIO platform.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing finance operations (AP/AR, reconciliation, collections) — preferably in BPO / shared services environments — and can translate that experience into AI-driven product solutions.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle — from identifying automation opportunities and defining product strategy to driving GTM and leading execution, including human-in-the-loop (HITL) operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Domain Ownership
• Own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Financial Reconciliation product line (AP/AR).
• Identify high-impact automation opportunities across workflows such as:
• Invoice processing & validation
• Accounts payable reconciliation
• Accounts receivable matching & collections
• Bank and ledger reconciliation
• Exception handling and dispute resolution
• Bring strong understanding of:
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Financial workflows and controls
• Translate operational pain points into AI/automation-led product features.
2. Product Development & Roadmap Execution
• Define and manage product backlog, feature roadmap, and release plans.
• Work closely with Engineering, AI, and Data teams to:
• Convert workflows into structured product modules
• Define automation + HITL boundaries
• Prioritize features based on:
• Business impact (cost reduction, cycle time)
• Automation feasibility
• Customer demand
• Ensure UAT readiness, accuracy validation, and production stability.
3. Go-To-Market (GTM) & Product Commercialization
• Define:
• ICP (BPOs, shared services, enterprises with high transaction volumes)
• Value proposition (cost savings, accuracy, cycle time reduction)
• Build GTM assets:
• Pitch decks
• Demo flows (before vs after automation)
• ROI narratives
• Work with Sales & Marketing to:
• Drive pipeline
• Support deal conversion
• Define pricing, packaging, and onboarding approach.
4. Execution Ownership — Delivery & Human-in-the-Loop Operations
• Lead execution of client implementations and automation rollouts.
• Define and manage HITL workflows, including:
• Exception handling queues
• Manual validation checkpoints
• Review and escalation processes
• Ensure:
• SLA adherence
• Quality of output
• Operational efficiency
• Work with delivery teams to:
• Monitor execution
• Optimize processes
• Reduce manual effort through learning loops
5. Thought Leadership & Domain Innovation
• Stay updated with:
• Finance operations trends
• Automation & AI in F&A
• Compliance and audit requirements
• Identify new opportunities for:
• Process automation
• AI-led reconciliation and anomaly detection
• Contribute to:
• POVs, whitepapers, and domain narratives
• Help position Codvo as a leader in AI-driven Finance Operations automation.
Key Requirements
Domain & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in:
• Finance Operations (AP/AR, reconciliation, collections), OR
• BPO / Shared Services environments
• Strong hands-on understanding of:
• End-to-end AP/AR workflows
• Reconciliation processes
• Exception handling and dispute workflows
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.
Product / Automation / Delivery Experience
• Experience in:
• Process transformation or automation initiatives
• Product ownership OR solution ownership
• Exposure to:
• RPA, workflow tools, or AI-led automation (preferred)
• Ability to convert operational workflows into structured product features.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Commerce / Engineering or related field
• MBA (Finance / Operations) from Tier-1 institute preferred
