Job description

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and managing global technology talent pipelines. This role supports clients in building high-performing engineering and IT teams by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a strong candidate experience. Responsibilities • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements • Source and identify qualified technical talent globally • Conduct candidate screening interviews • Evaluate technical background, experience, and cultural fit • Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients • Maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates • Use multiple sourcing channels including professional networks and job boards • Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries • Provide candidates with role and company information • Track candidate progress using ATS or CRM tools • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Support offer negotiation and onboarding process • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs Requirements • Experience recruiting technical roles • Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms • Experience recruiting for remote or international positions • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical roles • Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM systems • Experience coordinating technical interviews • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes Nice to Have • Experience recruiting software engineering profiles • Experience working with global clients • Employer branding knowledge • Experience building long-term talent pipelines • Familiarity with developer communities • Experience in fast-paced recruitment environments Soft Skills • Strong communication skills • Attention to detail • Organization and time management • Relationship-building skills • Problem-solving mindset • Proactive sourcing approach • Results-oriented mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities Language • Advanced English required • Spanish required * By applying to this position, we’ll create your Simera Professional Key (SPK) — a unique key that helps you connect with employers, stand out, and secure the right match.
