Job Title: Training Content Designer- Uber
Work set up: Work from home

Job descriptions:
Training & Development Instructional Design work focuses on developing training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas, including:
•Analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content
•Planning and coordinating skills assessments and training
•Providing instruction and guidance to trainers; may facilitate training during the introduction of new courses
•Developing and monitoring metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness May include the design of computer-based training programs. May select and/or oversee vendors to develop training content or conduct training.
Positions on this level applies subject matter knowledge and understands the specific needs or requirements of specific problems and applies skills/knowledge thereafter. Specialized schooling or previous practical experience likely to be required. Understands and demonstrates the need to deliver to time, cost and quality and proactively adjusts for changing requirements. Ensures that the work within own field of expertise complies with the relevant professional discipline. Non-Negotiable Requirements:
•At least 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient/advanced in Articulate Storyline (able to handle complex builds)
•Can do a high level of design using Articulate Rise
•Can create storyboards and manage end-to-end content development
•Able to independently develop training content from start to finish, whether it be videos or e-learnings.
• Portfolio required
• Knowledge of Synthesia is a plus
•Must be knowledgeable in e-learning development
• Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects or other related tools)
• Background with Content Writing Skills
