This role is primarily sales-focused and requires someone who can confidently communicate with customers over the phone, understand their needs, build trust, and guide them toward making informed purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into successful sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience. During slower periods, this role will also support customer service operations by handling emails, live chats, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions • Convert customer conversations into successful sales opportunities • Guide customers through the purchasing process • Process customer orders accurately during calls • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication • Handle customer emails, live chats, and support requests • Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and order details • Assist with administrative and customer service tasks as required • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: • Strong spoken English with a neutral or near-native English accent • Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or call center environments • Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets • Excellent communication and active listening skills • Comfortable working US business hours • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup • Ability to multitask between calls, chats, and emails • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications: • Experience handling inbound sales calls • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools • Experience in e-commerce, retail sales, or customer service operations We are looking for someone who is: • Confident and persuasive on calls • Comfortable building customer relationships quickly • Sales-driven while maintaining a customer-first approach • Reliable and accountable in a remote work environment • Able to communicate clearly and professionally • Focused on creating positive customer experiences that lead to successful purchases Work Schedule: • 6 days per week • 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour unpaid break • 1 weekly day off (Saturday or Sunday) • US business hours • Payment frequency: Twice per month Compensation: $3/hr Benefits: • Work from home • Fully remote position • Opportunity to work with an international customer base
