<p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>ClaimCenter Lead </strong></p><p><strong>Remote </strong></p><p><strong>Guidewire</strong><br> <br> <strong>Job Description:</strong><br> <strong>Responsibilities</strong>:<br> <strong>1. Technical Direction &amp; Standards</strong><br> - Provide day‑to‑day technical leadership for ClaimCenter development activities, ensuring consistent implementation patterns across developers.<br> - Establish and enforce Gosu, PCF, configuration, and integration standards aligned to ClaimCenter best practices and solution architecture.<br> - Serve as the primary escalation point for technical design decisions within the development team.<br> <strong>2. Hands‑On Development &amp; Review</strong><br> - Contribute hands‑on to complex ClaimCenter development tasks (Gosu, PCF, configuration, integrations) where advanced expertise is required.<br> - Perform code and configuration reviews for Gosu, PCFs, rules, data model changes, and integration logic.<br> - Identify and remediate technical debt and risky implementation approaches early.<br> <strong>3. FNOL, Workflow, and Rules Oversight</strong><br> - Guide implementation of FNOL/intake, automated exposure creation, and intake‑related automation.<br> - Review and validate workflow, segmentation, and assignment rule implementations to ensure operational correctness and scalability.<br> - Ensure rule changes do not introduce unintended side effects across claims or lines of business.<br> <strong>4. Financials &amp; Data Integrity</strong><br> - Oversee development affecting ClaimCenter financials, including transaction approval and routing behavior.<br> - Validate that financial logic aligns with business intent, authority limits, and audit expectations.<br> - Review data model extensions and configuration changes for downstream reporting and integration impact.<br> <strong>5. Integration &amp; Dependency Management</strong><br> - Lead technical implementation of ClaimCenter integrations (events, messaging, plugins, batch/work queues).<br> - Coordinate with upstream and downstream system teams to resolve integration dependencies and sequencing issues.<br> - Review error handling and resiliency approaches for integration flows.<br> <strong>6. Testing, Defect Triage &amp; Readiness</strong><br> - Partner with QA and BSAs to define technical testing considerations, edge cases, and failure scenarios.<br> - Lead defect triage by identifying root cause, recommending fixes, and preventing repeat issues.<br> - Ensure development work is production‑ready before promotion across environments.<br> <strong>7. Agile Delivery &amp; Team Enablement</strong><br> - Participate actively in agile ceremonies, providing technical guidance during refinement and sprint planning.<br> - Support estimation and sequencing of development work based on technical complexity and risk.<br> - Mentor and coach developers to raise overall team capability and consistency.<br> <strong>8. Cross‑Role Collaboration</strong><br> - Act as the primary technical liaison between Architects, Developers, BSAs, and QA.<br> - Translate architectural guidance into executable development patterns.<br> - Proactively communicate risks, tradeoffs, and impacts to delivery leadership.<br> <strong>9. Continuous Improvement</strong><br> - Identify opportunities to improve development practices, reuse patterns, and team efficiency.<br> - Promote a culture of quality, maintainability, and operational awareness within the ClaimCenter development team.<br> <br> <strong>Skills Required:</strong><br> '- Advanced hands‑on ClaimCenter development expertise including Gosu, core configuration/enhancements, and applying consistent implementation patterns across multiple developers.<br> - Strong skill in designing and implementing ClaimCenter UI solutions, including PCF development and reusable UI configuration patterns that remain maintainable and upgrade‑safe.<br> - - Experience with concurrent development in multiple ClaimCenter environments is preferred.<br> - Deep experience implementing ClaimCenter FNOL/intake functionality, including rule‑driven automation such as automatic exposure creation and intake‑related triggers.<br> - Expertise configuring ClaimCenter workflows and business rules, including segmentation and assignment logic aligned to operational routing needs.<br> - Proven capability implementing and validating ClaimCenter financial functionality, including transaction approval and routing logic and related financial behaviors.<br> - Extensive experience building/supporting ClaimCenter integrations using enterprise patterns such as events, message payloads/transport, plugins, and batch/work queues, with focus on resiliency and failure handling.<br> - Strong background extending the ClaimCenter data model and applying configuration safety practices (schema impacts, downstream effects, and operational stability considerations).<br> - Solid experience delivering ClaimCenter changes through a full lifecycle, including code/config validation, defect triage, test support, and environment progression (Dev→QA→UAT→Prod).<br> - Broad experience delivering ClaimCenter solutions across multiple P&amp;C lines of business (e.g., WC/OA/Commercial Auto) and translating claims operational needs into consistent technical implementations.<br> <br> <strong>Required Guidewire certifications</strong><br> Guidewire Certified Professional or above - InsuranceSuite Cloud Cloud Cloud Integration<br> Guidewire Certified Professional or above - ClaimCenter Cloud Configuration</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Regards,</strong></p><p><strong>&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Manoj Goud</strong></p><p><strong>Derex Technologies INC</strong></p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
