<p>Start your career in clinical research, streamlining communication, maintaining systems and managing documents.</p><p><strong>The scope of responsibilities will include:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintenance of databases and tracking systems</li><li>Work with large&#xa0;amount of documents, including their compiling, procurement, processing, translation and filing</li><li>Communication with company departments and external parties</li><li>Communication point for investigative sites participating in the clinical research projects</li><li>Coordination of site-specific query resolution, project training and access to vendor-related systems for site teams</li><li>Receiving and routing all mails and incoming calls</li><li>Assistance with meeting arrangements</li><li>Preparation of draft agendas and minutes of project meetings</li></ul> <ul><li><strong>At least 6 months of experience in administrative and documentation management within clinical research</strong></li><li><strong>Life Sciences university&#xa0;degree</strong></li><li><strong>Full professional working proficiency in Dutch and English</strong></li><li>Good organizational and planning skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Good problem-solving abilities, flexibility</li><li>Team-oriented with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a positive attitude to tasks and projects</li><li>Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</li></ul> <p>Make the right call and take your career to a whole new level.&#xa0;Join the company that focuses on its people and invests in their professional development and success.</p>
