As our Manager of Community Events &amp; Experience, you will lead the central coordination and execution of Comoto’s grassroots and store-level community strategies across our family of brands, including RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&amp;P Cycles. From high-energy local Bike Nights to massive festivals like the Get On! Adventure Fest (GOAF), you will keep the gears turning behind the scenes to help us connect directly with riders.</p><p>If you are an organized project manager who thrives in high-momentum environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and loves running tight operations, this is your lane.</p><p>You Will...</p><ul><li><p><strong>Drive Event Project Management:</strong> Lead the central planning, logistics, and operational execution for major offline events, festival activations like GOAF, and our dynamic mobile Van Selling experiences.</p></li><li><p><strong>Keep Store Logistics on Track:</strong> Partner closely with our Retail division to centrally organize and coordinate monthly Bike Night themes and in-store clinic pilots across the country.</p></li><li><p><strong>Integrate the Comoto Ecosystem:</strong> Work cross-functionally to weave our core offerings, such as the REVER app, RPM membership, rider safety, and new-rider recruitment, into our grassroots activations.</p></li><li><p><strong>Own the Ground Game:</strong> Team up with our BrandOps and Creative team to produce event SWAG, and collaborate with marketing teams to ensure our event calendars are fully supported.</p></li><li><p><strong>Be the Face of the Brand:</strong> Bring strong social media fluency to the role. When you are on-site at community events without dedicated social media staff, you will step up as the face of our brands to capture and post authentic, live content.</p></li><li><p><strong>Support Future Planning:</strong> Keep an eye on what is next by helping manage operational timelines for the eventual rollout of our online app community ecosystem.</p></li></ul> <p>You Have...</p><ul><li><p><strong>Proven Project and Team Leadership:</strong> 5 to 7 years of experience in a project management or leadership role, with a knack for coordinating moving parts across multiple locations and teams.</p></li><li><p><strong>Deep Moto Fluency:</strong> A strong, authentic connection to the powersports industry and rider culture. Being an experienced motorcycle rider with a genuine passion for the two-wheel lifestyle is a requirement for this role.</p></li><li><p><strong>Elite Collaboration Skills:</strong> The ability to seamlessly align decentralized teams, coordinate with third-party partners, and work harmoniously with store managers to ensure events support retail operations without causing distractions.</p></li><li><p><strong>An Agile, Problem-Solving Mindset:</strong> Comfort navigating a fast-paced environment where you can balance your own project deadlines alongside cross-functional dependencies.</p></li><li><p><strong>Readiness for the Road:</strong> The flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time during peak riding season (March through October) to manage activations on-site, dropping down to less than 20% during the off-season.</p></li></ul> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p>
