<p>Our client is a global leader in food, beverage, and nutrition solutions, partnering with some of the world's most recognized brands to develop and manufacture innovative products enjoyed by consumers every day.</p><p>They are seeking a <u><strong>Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (French/English)</strong> </u>to support high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple manufacturing facilities in Canada. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and managing full-cycle recruitment for both hourly and professional-level positions.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance.</li><li>Support hiring needs across multiple manufacturing facilities throughout Canada.</li><li>Recruit primarily for hourly and frontline production roles, including skilled trades, operations, warehouse, maintenance, and manufacturing positions.</li><li>Partner closely with plant leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.</li><li>Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing hiring demand.</li><li>Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.</li><li>Provide a positive candidate experience while ensuring timely communication and follow-up.</li><li>Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system.</li><li>Occasionally support recruitment for professional and corporate positions as business needs require.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.</li><li>Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) required.</li><li>Experience supporting high-volume recruitment environments.</li><li>Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines.</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.</li><li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, logistics, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume environments.</li><li>Experience supporting hourly workforce recruitment.</li><li>Exposure to recruiting across multiple locations or regions.</li><li>Experience supporting both hourly and professional-level hiring.</li></ul>
