<p>What You'll Do:</p><ul><li><p>Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → demo → close</p></li><li><p>Target Saudi recruitment agencies (5+ recruiters) and corporates (50+ employees or 10+ roles open)</p></li><li><p>Deliver tailored demos that showcase ROI and AI-driven hiring acceleration</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff and happy clients</p></li><li><p>Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning</p></li><li><p>Maintain clean CRM records and report on KPIs (conversion, win rate, ARR)</p></li></ul>
<ul><li><p>3+ years in B2B SaaS or HR tech sales </p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of the local hiring landscape</p></li><li><p>Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)</p></li><li><p>Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets</p></li><li><p>Confident, consultative, and relentlessly resourceful</p></li></ul><p> </p>
