ANIMAL SAFETY QA MANAGER

In this manager-level role, you will oversee quality systems, guide investigations and corrective actions, support audits, and partner across Operations, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams to strengthen quality performance and promote a strong culture of safety and compliance.</span></p><h2 style="color:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><br />Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">Manage animal safety and quality assurance programs in alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.</span></span></li><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">Lead investigations, root cause analyses, corrective and preventive actions, and quality improvement initiatives.</span></span></li><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance product safety and operational performance.</span></span></li><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits, including preparation, documentation, responses, and follow-up actions.</span></span></li><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">Review, maintain, and improve quality documentation, records, procedures, and related quality system elements.</span></span></li><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">Train, mentor, and support employees on quality assurance processes, animal safety procedures, and compliance expectations.</span></span></li></ul><h2 style="color:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><br />Job Requirements</span></h2><ul><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Animal Science, Biology, Quality, Life Sciences, or a related field.</span></span></li><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance, animal safety, or another regulated environment.</span></span></li><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">Working knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, investigations, corrective actions, and documentation practices.</span></span></li><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">Experience in animal health, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, food safety, manufacturing, or another regulated industry.</span></span></li><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations such as GMP, ISO, HACCP, FDA, EPA, or USDA requirements.</span></span></li><li style="font-size:inherit !important"><span style="color:#31333f"><span style="font-size:inherit">Strong communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
