Job description
<p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>Direct Client Acquisition</p><ul><li>Identify, develop, and acquire new direct clients across industries including Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, and Government.</li><li>Generate new staffing opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, referrals, and strategic prospecting.</li><li>Schedule and conduct meetings with hiring managers, procurement teams, HR leaders, and vendor management professionals.</li><li>Negotiate staffing agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), rate cards, and commercial terms.</li></ul><p>Prime Vendor & MSP Development</p><ul><li>Build and strengthen relationships with Prime Vendors, MSPs, System Integrators, and consulting firms.</li><li>Complete supplier onboarding, compliance documentation, and vendor registration processes.</li><li>Identify new opportunities within enterprise staffing programs and managed services environments.</li><li>Expand the company's footprint across strategic staffing channels and partner networks.</li></ul><p>Client Relationship Management</p><ul><li>Grow and manage existing client accounts through proactive engagement and exceptional service.</li><li>Understand client hiring strategies, workforce planning, and business objectives.</li><li>Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely, high-quality candidate submissions.</li><li>Maintain strong client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.</li></ul><p>Sales & Pipeline Management</p><ul><li>Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.</li><li>Track leads, opportunities, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closed business.</li><li>Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and business development updates for leadership.</li></ul><p> </p><ul></ul>
<p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>3+ years of successful Business Development experience in the IT Staffing industry.</li><li>Demonstrated success in acquiring direct clients, Prime Vendor accounts, or MSP partnerships.</li><li>Strong understanding of MSP, VMS, and enterprise staffing models.</li><li>Existing network of hiring managers, procurement professionals, vendor managers, or staffing decision-makers is highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proven experience selling contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing solutions.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven professional with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.</li></ul>
