Job description

Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:1. Reporting Strategy & Dashboard Ownership<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain financial/operational reporting frameworks, KPI scorecards, and interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).</li><li>Own the end-to-end delivery of recurring and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and scalability.</li><li>Establish and enforce reporting standards, data governance, and comprehensive documentation.</li></ul>2. Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation<ul><li>Analyze data across ERP systems and finance platforms to identify trends, risks, performance drivers, and root causes of variances.</li><li>Translate complex data sets into actionable business insights and recommendations for senior leadership.</li><li>Drive the adoption of self-service BI tools, improving stakeholder access to meaningful data.</li></ul>3. Process Optimization & Automation<ul><li>Identify and execute opportunities to automate reporting, eliminate manual tasks, and reduce cycle times.</li><li>Support finance transformation projects by providing reporting expertise and implementing data management best practices.</li></ul>4.
