In this senior role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to large employers, insurers, providers, and care solution organizations, delivering high-impact insights that influence financial strategy, product design, pricing, and risk management.</span></p><p></p><p><b>How You Will Contribute:</b> </p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p></p><p><b>Client Leadership & Strategic Advisory</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead client relationships, serving as the primary actuarial advisor on complex healthcare initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for executive-level stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the delivery of high-quality, timely, and actionable client deliverables.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technical & Analytical Leadership</b></p><ul><li><p>Direct the design, execution, and peer review of advanced actuarial analyses, ensuring adherence to professional standards.</p></li><li><p>Lead development of assumptions, methodologies, and models for pricing, reserving, forecasting, and program evaluation.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the creation of scalable, dynamic actuarial models and analytical tools.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Practice & Team Development</b></p><ul><li><p>Mentor, coach, and develop junior and mid-level actuarial staff.</p></li><li><p>Partner with actuarial leadership to drive practice development initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across RSC teams.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Innovation & Market Expertise</b></p><ul><li><p>Evaluate emerging healthcare trends, funding arrangements, and care delivery models.</p></li><li><p>Lead actuarial components of innovative product design, network optimization, and care management evaluation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills & Experience to be Successful:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics, or related field.</p></li><li><p>FSA strongly preferred; ASA with significant senior-level experience considered.</p></li><li><p>12+ years of healthcare actuarial experience across areas such as commercial healthcare, stop-loss, H&W consulting, care management evaluation, reserving, pricing, pharmacy/PBM analytics, alternative funding, actuarial model development, and healthcare data sources.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, VBA, R, or Python.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex actuarial concepts to non-technical audiences.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated leadership, project management, and client-facing experience.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives forward.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>#LI-DA1</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Pay Range</b></p>$250,000 - $325,000 Annual<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i><span>The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly </span><span>rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.</span></i></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being</b></p><p style="text-align:left">We go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:</p><ul><li><i><u>Health Benefits</u></i>: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability <span><span><span><span><span><span class="WKM1">Insurance </span></span></span></span></span></span></li><li><i><u>Financial Benefits</u></i>: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement </li><li><i><u>Mental Health & Wellness</u></i>: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services</li><li><i><u>Beyond Benefits</u></i>: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. </li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>Not reflective of all benefits.
