<ul><li>Provide administration support to the sales team as required.</li><li>Monitor incoming enquiries and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and input into the CRM system where applicable.</li><li>Setting up of agreed contracts, pricing structure and testing packages in the quotation system.</li><li>Preparing domestic and transactional quotations.</li><li>Administration support in preparing tenders/bids/presentations.</li><li>Continuous improvement – identification of opportunities for improvement of quality and service within client group.</li><li>Work in direct contact with Logistics/Customer Service/Accounts and a problem-solving mind to ensure tasks are completed.</li><li>Support field and office-based team as required.</li><li>Actively promote Eurofins directly to our customers through regular calls, emails and information.</li><li>Support the implementations of company computer systems.</li><li>Responsible for raising the company profile through the company website, trade shows, seminars, social media etc.</li></ul> <ul><li>A qualification in Business / Marketing or Science or experience in Administration in a similar role.&#xa0;</li><li>English language level – min.
