You will own client outcomes end-to-end—from discovery and data strategy through dimensional modeling, warehouse architecture, analytics layer design, and go-live, while mentoring junior consultants and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will design performant analytics solutions that integrate cleanly APEX applications and NetSuite business processes and with various data sources, translating client requirements into robust data models and intuitive analytics experiences. Responsibilities <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Act as subject matter expert in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) architecture and design.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Lead the full analytics lifecycle: requirements gathering, data strategy, dimensional modeling, ETL/data integration, warehouse design, analytics layer configuration, and deployment.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Design and optimize analytics data models (fact/dimension tables, slowly-changing dimensions, hierarchies) in ADW and NSAW for performance and maintainability.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Develop SQL/PL/SQL transforms and data integration logic; establish data governance and quality controls aligned to business SLAs.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Architect analytics solutions that integrate with NetSuite business processes and APEX applications; implement secure, auditable data flows.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Collaborate with APEX developers to embed analytics or design supporting data layers; coordinate with BI stakeholders to deliver aligned insights.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Design analytics visualizations, dashboards, and reports in OAC that translate business requirements into actionable metrics and storytelling.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Establish data architecture standards, documentation practices, and reusable analytics patterns; mentor junior team members.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Manage project workloads and client expectations; communicate data strategy, trade-offs, and progress clearly.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build and maintain knowledge of NetSuite ERP data models, business processes, and analytics capabilities to inform solution design.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">6+ years of hands-on experience designing and building analytics solutions, preferably in Oracle Analytics Cloud and/or NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Expert SQL/PL/SQL and dimensional data modeling; strong understanding of star schemas, slowly-changing dimensions, and analytics-specific optimization techniques.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proven experience designing and deploying analytics solutions on Oracle Cloud (ADW, OAC) or NetSuite cloud environments.</li> <li>Experience with advanced OAC features: semantic modeling, machine learning, narrative analytics.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills with ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience delivering analytics in manufacturing, distribution, services, or software verticals.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in virtual, distributed team environments.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Commitment to mentoring junior consultants and contributing to practice standards.</li> </ul> Desirable <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with NetSuite data structure and standard analytics/reporting workflows.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with Oracle APEX or low-code platforms;
