In this role, you’ll be the trusted, dependable voice our solar installers rely on—supporting them across the OneEthos loan platform and Bodhi customer experience software. You will onboard and train new installers, monitor installer health, and proactively step in to resolve issues before they escalate. Above all, you’ll create a warm, human-centered support experience that reflects our commitment to ethical, transparent solar financing.
