SENIOR TREASURY SPECIALIST

YOUR MISSION - Execute and oversee incoming and outgoing payment transactions (fiat and crypto) - Monitor transaction flows and ensure timely and accurate processing - Perform reconciliations across internal systems, PSPs, and bank accounts - Investigate discrepancies and ensure proper resolution or escalation - Support daily treasury operations and ensure uninterrupted business processes - Analyze existing treasury and payment workflows to identify inefficiencies and manual processes - Help improve, streamline, and automate operational treasury processes - Translate operational issues and unstructured requests into clear workflows and structured solutions - Prepare business requirements and tasks for analytics and development teams - Work with operational reporting, reconciliations, KPI tracking, fees, routing, and transactional analytics - Support reporting transparency across Banking, Acquiring, Finance, Client Success, and Management teams - Monitor implementation of process changes and ensure improvements are working effectively - Take ownership of operational and process improvement initiatives together with the Treasury Lead - Act as a reliable operational point of contact within the treasury function WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT - At least 3 years of experience in treasury, payment operations, fintech operations, or similar roles - Strong understanding of payment flows, settlements, PSPs, banking operations, and transaction lifecycle - Hands-on experience with payment execution, reconciliations, and transactional operations - Practical understanding of crypto transactions and operational processes - Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large operational datasets - Experience improving, optimizing, or automating operational workflows and processes - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, large datasets) - Ability to structure problems and communicate requirements clearly to analysts or developers - High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment - Good English and fluent Russian WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE   - Meaningful Impact: a chance to make a real impact by contributing directly to the growth of a leading fintech company in the payments space! - Career Development: we’re young, very ambitious, and serious about growth.
