<h3><strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">The role</span></strong></h3>
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Tradeshow & Events Coordinator to own the planning and execution of our presence at industry conferences, tradeshows, and corporate events. You will manage logistics from booth procurement to post-show lead follow-up, ensuring every event delivers measurable ROI. <br><br>You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States.</p>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Plan and manage end-to-end tradeshow and event logistics (booth design, shipping, setup, staffing)<span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Maintain the annual events calendar and manage budgets across 10–20 events per year</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Oversee pre-show promotions and post-show lead handoff to the sales team</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Track event performance metrics and report on pipeline impact</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Negotiate contracts with venues, vendors, and event organizers</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">We expect you to have:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="none"> 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or field marketing</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Strong project management skills; experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking preferred</span></li>

<p>We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
