About the Organization: Sea Pact is a coalition of leading North American seafood companies united by a shared commitment to driving continuous improvement in social and environmental responsibility across the seafood industry. Through collaboration, shared resources, and collective action, Sea Pact equips its member companies to tackle the seafood industry's most pressing sustainability challenges. Position Summary: Sea Pact is seeking a versatile Program Associate to support the operational delivery of our inaugural 5-Year Strategic Plan (2025–2030). This is a unique opportunity to join a small, high-impact team at a pivotal moment in our coalition’s evolution. This role also offers a high-profile opportunity to work with some of the largest mid-supply chain seafood companies in the North American market, and the non-profit and advisory networks that support them. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will serve as the organizational backbone of Sea Pact—blending program administration, member engagement, and external communications. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for our member companies, helping them navigate and implement sustainability goals across our three priority areas. Simultaneously, you will own Sea Pact’s digital presence, drafting compelling content to elevate our profile across the sustainable seafood sector.
