About the Role We are seeking an experienced Staff Customer Solutions Resident Architects to join our team. In this role, you will drive critical customer outcomes by delivering high-impact technical guidance to strategic accounts. You will be part of a high-visibility initiative that supports pre-sales, accelerates adoption, enables key migrations, and mitigates churn risks. This role is designed to deploy RA-level expertise flexibly, aligning with customer and business needs to drive growth, retention, and expansion. font-size: 10pt;">Execute proactive adoption plays, including migrations, new feature implementations (e.g., Semantic Layer, Mesh), and major version upgrades</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Expertise with at least one modern cloud data platform (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift)</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on experience deploying or configuring dbt Cloud, with at least 1 year working with dbt</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
