Job Title: E-commerce Product Manager Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) Key Responsibilities - Lead product strategy: define category focus, product roadmap, and launch sequencing - Source products profitably: supplier discovery, negotiations, landed-cost modeling, and margin targets - Own listing creation and optimization: positioning, keyword strategy, conversion improvements, and catalog quality - Build operational plans for inventory and fulfillment - Partner with creative/resources as needed (briefing images, A+ content, packaging, and brand assets) - Drive performance through metrics: contribution margin, pricing, inventory health, and ad efficiency (as needed) - Establish repeatable processes for scaling and prepare to hire/support a small team over time Required Qualifications - 4+ years of experience with demonstrated ownership of product selection, sourcing, and scaling - Strong commercial and operational judgment: selecting products, managing suppliers, and planning inventory/fulfillment - Ability to manage vendor/wholesaler relationships and negotiate pricing/terms confidently - Comfortable operating as a “single-threaded owner” with minimal direction and high accountability Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar); and ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Preferred Qualifications - Category depth in Home & Garden, Tools, or Electronics (or adjacent physical goods categories) - Experience with store relaunches, SKU pipeline creation, and scaling from low activity to consistent velocity - Experience with Amazon Ads management or strong ability to direct ad execution and measurement - Prior team leadership or mentorship experience (Director-level trajectory) Tools & Technology - Product and market research tooling (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa) - Basic financial modeling (COGS/landed cost, contribution margin, inventory turns) - Collaboration and planning tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana/Trello) Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
