Job description
Accountabilities:
• Develop and execute content strategies that position the organization as a leading voice in clean energy capital markets while supporting business growth objectives.
• Create high-quality content across formats including case studies, blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and sales collateral tailored to institutional finance audiences.
• Partner closely with capital solutions and commercial teams to build deep audience understanding and align messaging with investor and capital provider needs.
• Produce SEO- and AEO-optimized content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion across digital and sales channels.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials that support commercial teams in engaging sophisticated financial and investment stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure strong visual storytelling across multimedia assets.
• Manage content planning cycles and editorial calendars while balancing evolving business priorities.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all content in alignment with brand and messaging guidelines.
Requirements
• 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or corporate storytelling within fintech, clean energy, financial services, or capital markets environments.
• Strong understanding of institutional finance concepts such as tax equity, structured finance, capital markets, and project finance.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and financial topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience producing content across multiple formats including long-form thought leadership, digital content, and sales enablement materials.
• Strong interest in AI tools and a demonstrated ability to incorporate them into content workflows and experimentation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a sharp eye for both written and visual communication quality.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams while operating independently when needed.
• Passion for clean energy, sustainability, and accelerating the transition to a low-carbon economy.
