DESIGNER III - SECURITY

Accountabilities: In this role, you will take ownership of production quality, modeling accuracy, and coordination workflows within the security discipline, ensuring deliverables meet high technical and documentation standards. You will support engineering teams by translating design intent into coordinated models and drawings while actively contributing to system improvements and team execution. • Lead and execute advanced Revit modeling, documentation, and coordination for security systems across multiple projects • Manage model health, including worksets, families, view templates, warnings, and overall BIM standards compliance • Run clash detection workflows, analyze coordination issues, and drive resolution across disciplines using Navisworks or similar tools • Support engineering teams with layouts, calculations, research, and early-stage design development • Produce clear, coordinated drawings and documentation with minimal oversight while maintaining design intent accuracy • Contribute to workflow improvements, standards updates, and documentation enhancements through structured feedback and version control tools • Mentor and support junior designers by reviewing work, sharing best practices, and reinforcing modeling standards • Participate in coordination meetings and ensure clear communication of risks, assumptions, and design updates Requirements: This role requires strong technical expertise in BIM modeling and coordinated design delivery, along with the ability to operate independently on complex production tasks.
