Job description
Accountabilities:
• Own and drive top-of-funnel demand generation strategy focused on lead, MQL, and pipeline growth across new business and expansion segments.
• Design, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, and experimental channels.
• Manage paid media programs in partnership with external agencies, ensuring performance accountability and continuous iteration.
• Lead field marketing initiatives including conferences, executive events, and pipeline-acceleration programs.
• Build forecasting models for leads, MQLs, and pipeline to ensure accurate visibility into performance and growth levers.
• Identify and test new growth channels, running structured experiments to validate and scale successful initiatives.
• Own campaign operations including lead flow, routing logic, and data integrity in collaboration with Sales and RevOps teams.
• Partner closely with Sales and Business Operations to ensure alignment between demand generation efforts and revenue outcomes.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of driving pipeline, MQLs, and revenue impact through multi-channel demand generation programs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building forecasts, interpreting funnel metrics, and translating data into actionable strategy.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns in collaboration with external agencies and performance partners.
• Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead lifecycle management.
• Ability to operate independently, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Strong experimentation mindset with a history of testing and scaling new channels or tactics.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams.
• Bonus: familiarity with user or market research audiences and related SaaS ecosystems.
