DIRECTOR, DELIVERY

Accountabilities: • Lead a strategic, industry-focused delivery organization across the EMEA region, ensuring high-quality outcomes, operational rigor, and long-term client retention • Own delivery strategy across client portfolios, including testing engagements, onboarding, and value realization initiatives • Partner closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to shape commercial strategy, support deal cycles, and expand existing accounts • Oversee client onboarding, pilot execution, and implementation quality to ensure successful adoption and customer success • Drive executive-level client relationships, providing strategic guidance and translating technical delivery into clear business value • Monitor portfolio health through KPIs, financial metrics, and risk indicators, ensuring consistent performance and forecasting accuracy • Lead renewal planning and execution, including commercial discussions and contract retention strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Community, Delivery Leadership) to continuously improve service quality and scale global delivery capabilities Requirements • 12+ years of experience in professional services, delivery management, or consulting, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale portfolios and P&Ls • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related technical field • Strong background in delivery transformation, client engagement management, or enterprise consulting environments • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, QA engineering principles, and testing methodologies • Proven experience managing executive-level client relationships and communicating complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders • Strong financial and operational acumen, including KPI tracking, reporting, risk management, and resource planning • Experience leading contract renewals and commercial negotiations in enterprise environments • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing distributed, cross-functional, and remote teams • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English, with strong executive presence • Adaptable, structured, and resilient mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-scaling environments • Strong cultural awareness and collaborative leadership approach in global organizations • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team development Benefits • Fully remote work within the EMEA region • Contractor-based engagement with flexible working arrangements • Stock options enabling long-term alignment with company growth • Paid time off including vacation days, sick leave, and local public holidays • Laptop reimbursement to support your working setup • Annual learning and development budget for courses, training, and certifications • Opportunity to lead high-impact enterprise delivery programs at global scale • Collaborative, remote-first culture with strong emphasis on autonomy and trust How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
