FORMTITAN SR. DEVELOPER (SALESFORCE)

Accountabilities: • Design, develop, and maintain FormTitan forms, portals, and end-to-end workflow solutions aligned with business requirements. • Configure advanced form logic including conditional rules, validations, calculations, multi-step workflows, and automation triggers. • Build and support customer-facing and internal portals using FormTitan, ensuring usability and performance. • Implement document generation, e-signature processes, payment integrations, and approval workflows. • Integrate FormTitan with Salesforce objects, ensuring accurate bidirectional data synchronization and process alignment. • Support Salesforce platform capabilities including Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and custom objects. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document functional and technical specifications. • Perform testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support to ensure solution quality. • Manage deployments across environments and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Provide training, support, and knowledge transfer to business users and technical teams. Requirements: • 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong understanding of the platform architecture and data model. • 4+ years of hands-on experience in FormTitan development, configuration, and implementation. • Proven experience designing complex forms, workflows, portals, and automation solutions. • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, custom objects, and reporting. • Experience integrating FormTitan with Salesforce and managing data mapping and synchronization. • Knowledge of document generation tools, e-signature solutions (DocuSign, Adobe Sign), and payment integrations is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable solutions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in requirements gathering and solution design. • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration concepts. • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certifications are a plus.
