HEAD OF INTELLIGENCE PRODUCTS

Accountabilities: • Define and lead the overall intelligence products strategy, including architecture, platform vision, and long-term evolution of enterprise AI data systems. • Design and oversee scalable data architectures supporting structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data across cloud-native environments. • Build and evolve AI-ready data platforms enabling LLM applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, and vector-based systems. • Define enterprise standards for ontologies, knowledge graphs, metadata management, governance, lineage, and semantic modeling. • Lead development of data products, APIs, and developer platforms designed for internal and external enterprise consumption. • Establish frameworks for data security, privacy, access control, observability, and lifecycle management across intelligence systems. • Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Product, and Commercial teams to transform enterprise data assets into scalable intelligence products. • Evaluate and select technologies across data platforms, graph databases, vector stores, orchestration tools, and AI infrastructure components. • Define commercialization models for data products, including APIs, SLAs, licensing, and usage governance. • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data architects, engineers, and platform specialists while driving architectural decision-making at scale. Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Platform Engineering, or related senior technical leadership roles. • Proven track record of designing and scaling modern cloud-based data platforms in complex enterprise environments. • Strong expertise in Snowflake, lakehouse architectures, graph databases, vector databases, and modern data ecosystems. • Deep understanding of knowledge graphs, ontologies, semantic modeling, metadata management, and enterprise data architecture principles. • Experience building AI-ready platforms supporting LLMs, RAG pipelines, and advanced AI/ML applications. • Strong knowledge of enterprise data governance, security frameworks, privacy standards, and access control systems. • Experience designing APIs, developer platforms, and scalable data products for enterprise or external users. • Proven ability to define data strategy and lead architecture decisions in collaboration with executive and technical stakeholders. • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, orchestration tools, and production-grade data services. • Strong leadership experience building and scaling technical teams in high-growth or enterprise environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership. • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
