PRODUCT ENGINEER, AI

Accountabilities • Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end AI-powered product features across backend services and frontend interfaces. • Rapidly prototype AI agent use cases and validate new product ideas through iterative development. • Build intuitive user experiences, reusable blueprints, and practical examples that make AI workflows accessible and easy to adopt. • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions. • Contribute to backend development using Java while supporting frontend implementation and integration where needed. • Optimize AI-powered workflows for performance, usability, and reliability. • Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous product improvement initiatives. • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, development frameworks, and best practices to continuously enhance product capabilities. Requirements • Strong full-stack software engineering experience with solid expertise in Java backend development. • Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying AI-powered applications or products in production environments. • Practical understanding of AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and modern AI development workflows. • Frontend development experience is highly valued, particularly with modern JavaScript frameworks. • Experience working with cloud platforms, containerized environments, and modern infrastructure technologies is an advantage. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver production-quality solutions. • Ability to balance speed of execution with sound engineering judgment and long-term maintainability. • Comfortable working in a collaborative, remote-first environment with cross-functional teams. • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about building innovative AI-driven products.
