Job description

Accountabilities: • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing new client relationships in the talent and executive search space. • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through direct outreach, research, referrals, and consistent market engagement. • Develop trusted relationships with HR leaders, CHROs, and business decision-makers, positioning yourself as a credible advisor rather than a transactional seller. • Actively participate in industry events, networking groups, and local business communities to generate opportunities and strengthen market presence. • Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and search execution. • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting accuracy, ensuring consistent performance against revenue targets. • Uphold a consultative, ethical sales approach that prioritizes long-term client fit and sustainable partnerships. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales, ideally within recruiting, staffing, executive search, HR tech, or professional services. • Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. • Strong ability to sell consultatively, focusing on trust, relationship-building, and long-term value over transactional outcomes. • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage confidently with senior HR and business leaders. • Demonstrated comfort with outbound sales, cold calling, and self-generated pipeline development. • Strong networking skills with experience attending and leveraging industry events or professional communities. • High integrity and alignment with ethical, transparent selling practices, including comfort walking away from misaligned opportunities. • Based in or willing to actively operate within the Los Angeles, Long Beach, or Orange County market.
