SENIOR SYSTEMS DEVELOPER

Accountabilities • Develop, configure, and implement supply chain systems by defining technical specifications, designing system architecture, and delivering reliable software components aligned with client needs. • Translate business processes and operational rules into structured technical documentation and system configurations in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. • Serve as a technical lead within project teams, ensuring code quality, adherence to best practices, and alignment with implementation standards. • Provide consulting support during implementation phases, guiding clients through system usage and ensuring successful adoption of solutions. • Contribute to troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of deployed systems in complex enterprise environments. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Strong experience (7+ years) in software development, including at least 4+ years working with T-SQL (SQL Server) or PL/SQL (Oracle), including stored procedures and query optimization. • Solid background in relational database design and modeling (SQL Server and/or Oracle). • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or TypeScript. • Experience integrating and working with REST and SOAP Web Services using XML and JSON. • Proven ability to work in team environments with initiative, discipline, and strong time management to meet deadlines. • Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel when required. • Eligibility for CLT employment model. • Nice to have: intermediate Spanish, prior technical leadership experience, familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., SSRS), label generation tools (e.g., Bartender), and exposure to Supply Chain, distribution, or WMS implementation projects.
