Job description

Accountabilities: • Design, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems across iOS, Android, and mobile web, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms. • Create high-fidelity prototypes and clearly communicate micro-interactions and user flows to cross-functional teams. • Conduct and participate in user research activities including interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions. • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape product direction using UX insights and performance metrics. • Own the full design lifecycle from concept development through execution and iteration based on user and business impact. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 2+ years in product-focused companies (startup experience is a plus). • Proven portfolio demonstrating real product impact, including redesigns, experimentation (A/B testing), and measurable results. • Strong experience designing for B2C digital products in a senior or product designer capacity. • Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments. • Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, and Confluence. • Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher), both written and verbal.
