SERVICE TECHNICIAN (PORTO ALEGRES/RS)

<p>The main responsibilities of a service technician will be:</p><ul><li>Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of laboratory and industrial equipment.</li><li>Carry out calibrations and qualifications in accordance with technical standards and applicable regulations.</li><li>Provide technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely.</li><li>Diagnose faults and propose efficient technical solutions.</li><li>Prepare technical service reports detailing performed interventions.</li><li>Train users on the correct operation of equipment.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.</li></ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.</li><li>Experience with maintenance of analytical or industrial equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and IT.</li><li>Technical English (ability to read manuals and documentation).</li><li>Availability for frequent travel.</li><li>Valid driver’s license.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience with Anton Paar equipment or analytical instrumentation (will be a difference).</li><li>Knowledge of automation and control software.</li><li>Experience in customer service.</li></ul> <p>Collaborative and technical work environment.
