INTERIM DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, GOVERNANCE AND CORPORATE SERVICES

This is a fantastic opportunity to review the finance, governance, compliance and procurement of a dynamic private limited company, which is closely aligned to the economic goals of Oxfordshire County Council. This is an initial 3 month contract to: Review finance and governance arrangements Stabilise statutory and compliance responsibilities Review procurement activity and make recommendations for future activity Develop recommendations on structure, systems and resourcing Borrowing knowledge would be helpful Support transition planning through Local Government Reorganisation Prepare handover or extension plan Salary up to £95k FTE DOE. 3-4 days/week (please note that our client currently operates a 30 hour week).
