HEAD SUPPLY CHAIN CEERJ

<p>SOBI is seeking for a deep operations and supply chain leader, experienced in the regions of CEERJ to bridge the commercial and operations aspects of an end-to-end supply chain view.<br> Vertical expectations are strategy deployment, relentless continuous improvements of supply chain mechanism and application of digital and data driven industry 4.0 standards adding value to the organization.<br> Horizontal the incumbent should bring to SOBI a broad leadership portfolio as situational leader underpinned by intercultural awareness and decisive communication skills across the organization.<br> Further, people development skills and experiences are required as well as a self-learning manner.</p><p>Key responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop CEERJ Supply Chain Strategy objectives key results</li><li>Analyze, propose and get approval for continues Supply Chain improvement initiatives</li><li>Apply latest digital and data strategic tools to add value for patients, customer and SOBI company</li><li>Apply situational leadership behaviors across the organization</li><li>Unlock potential of diverse teams by effective collaboration and content-based discussion to deliver superior results</li><li>Stay focused on mission critical items among daily routine</li><li>Communicate with impact across the organization of complex situations, decisions and actions taken</li></ul> <ul><li>Master or equivalent higher university degree of Economics, Natural Science or Engineering in Biotech Ecosystems</li><li>5 years plus of experience in leading teams (virtual or direct reporting) for complex Supply Chain operations in Pharma / Biotech</li><li>Fluent in English and solid cross cultural awareness and experience</li><li>Staying in one of the CEERJ country for work in Pharma Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales for min. 9 – 12 months of benefit</li><li>Certified Operational Excellence AGILE Leader, green Belt certificate or equivalent trainings is of benefit</li><li>Solid communication&#xa0;working horizonal along the end-to-end supply chain and vertical from executives to deep knowledgeable experts</li><li>Leadership should be adaptable to different content and cultural situations, skill set and rank in the organization applying promptly the right content and context to deliver superior results</li><li>Ability to stay&#xa0;focused on strategic tasks is pivotal and trying to rethink the problem faced is a good attitude to deliver economic reasonable and patient centric objectives</li><li>Live up to our core values: Ambition, Ownership, Urgency, Partnership and Care</li></ul>
