SALES MANAGER - MEDICAL INDUSTRY

Position: Sales Manager – Molecular and Cellular Biology Equipment and Solutions Location: Poland (remote) We are part of an international group specializing in the distribution of advanced solutions for research and clinical laboratories. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Poland. Responsibilities: • Implementation of individual sales targets and ongoing client support, • Identifying new business opportunities and building customer relationships, • Daily communication with suppliers and technical teams, • Participating in regular product and technical training, • Organizing workshops, seminars, and conferences for clients. Requirements: • University degree in biology, biotechnology, medicine, veterinary science, or a related field, • Proven sales experience in the biomedical sector, • Fluent in English, • Native Polish speaker, • High time and personal flexibility, • Independent, responsible, and sales-driven attitude, • Willingness to travel frequently, • Category B driving license.
