<h1><b>Position:</b></h1>Global Due Diligence Analyst<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description:</b></h1><p><b>Global Due Diligence Analyst-remote work</b></p><p>Our ideal candidate is well-organized, highly-analytical with strong attention to detail, multilingual, able to multitask while keeping in line with trade import/export regulations, anti-bribery and anti-corruption (“ABAC”) regulations, anti-money laundering (“AML”) due diligence and deadlines. You will support 3rd party Control for Arrow Global Businesses.</p><p></p><p>What You’ll Be Doing</p><p>Screen third parties onboarded by ARROW using Arrow’s compliance tools and publicly available information.</p><p>Document and analyze information provided by third parties and screening results, and determine compliance risks identified for third parties.</p><p></p><p>These risks include but are not limited to:</p><p>● Sanction risks</p><p>● Proliferation risks</p><p>● Money laundering risks</p><p>● Bribery and corruption risks</p><p>● Boycott risks</p><p>Take independent decisions about third party onboarding according to Arrow policy.
