Job description
For our Client, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with French . This role offers the opportunity to work in an international environment, drive recruitment initiatives across multiple regions, and make a real impact on the company’s global growth.
Responsibilities:
• manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across different functions and seniority levels, from sourcing to offer stage,
• partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies,
• source and engage with top talent globally using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals),
• screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet both role-specific requirements and cultural fit expectations,
• drive an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process,
• collaborate with international teams to align recruitment efforts with global business objectives.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a solid understanding of recruitment processes and market dynamics; experience recruiting for technical roles would be considered a strong asset,
• experience in an international or global recruitment environment will be considered a strong advantage,
• fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken,
• French language proficiency at B2/C1 level (minimum B2),
• ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
