<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Developer Sales Manager</strong> to drive adoption of <strong>BidMachine's SDK </strong>and <strong>monetization </strong>solutions across the <strong>China market</strong>, covering both gaming and non-gaming app developers. You will leverage strong existing relationships across the Chinese mobile ecosystem to close new developer partnerships, with non-gaming experience considered a significant advantage.</p>
<p>This is a high-impact role where you will directly shape BidMachine's growth in one of the world's most competitive and dynamic mobile markets.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong>New Business</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prospect, pitch, and close new gaming and non-gaming developer accounts in China, exceeding quarterly sales quotas</li>
<li>Negotiate commercial agreements that deliver long-term value for both BidMachine and its partners</li>
<li>Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of developer prospects across app categories</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Onboarding & Account Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build senior-level relationships with decision-makers at developer organizations</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and reliable ongoing support</li>
<li>Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts to grow revenue</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Market Insight & Evangelism</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the voice of the China market by providing structured feedback on feature gaps, monetization trends, and competitive activity</li>
<li>Represent BidMachine at industry events, conferences, and developer communities in China</li>
<li>Champion the benefits of BidMachine and its broader portfolio of monetization solutions<br><br></li>

<p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong existing relationships across the China mobile gaming and app ecosystem</li>
<li>Proven track record of closing new business with app developers and managing a portfolio of accounts</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of the mobile ad tech ecosystem, including programmatic, RTB, and SDK-based monetization</li>
<li>Experience with non-gaming publishers or developers is a strong plus</li>
<li>Fluency in Mandarin (native) and strong working proficiency in English — both written and verbal</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships</li>
<li>Analytical mindset, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights</li>
