What will you work on as In-house Lawyer ?
• The Finance & Back Office Unit is a key pillar of Deviniti, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. Its main areas of responsibility include overseeing the company's financial processes, supporting management in coordinating these processes, handling administrative and financial matters, providing legal support across the business, and assisting employees with hardware and software-related issues.

We are currently looking for a person to join our Legal Team, responsible for providing ongoing legal support to the Company.
Who will you work with?
•
You will join the Legal Team, which is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support across the Company. The team drafts and reviews contracts, internal documentation, and other legal documents, handles corporate matters, and supports the organization in resolving day-to-day legal issues, including cooperation with external legal partners.

We work remotely and meet in person during company-wide integration events. Each team member has their own areas of responsibility, but we work toward common goals, share knowledge, and support one another whenever needed. Once a week, we meet for a team weekly to discuss ongoing tasks and challenges, while also making time for informal conversations.
What tasks await you in this role?
• Providing ongoing legal advice, particularly in the area of employment law, including substantive support for the HR and People teams, legal support in the field of personal data protection, and advisory support for the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
• Drafting and reviewing internal legal documents, such as corporate resolutions, management board orders, regulations, policies, and procedures, while monitoring their validity, updating internal documentation, and maintaining relevant registers.
• Coordinating notarial activities, including arranging appointments, preparing documentation, coordinating document circulation and archiving, and handling follow-up activities such as arranging bank transfers.
• Monitoring and handling filings with the National Court Register (KRS), including submitting required financial documentation.
• Monitoring and handling filings with the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBR).
• Providing backup support within the Legal Team and performing other duties related to the role.
You are the one we’re looking for, if:
• you have the following skills:
• A completed Master's degree in Law.
• At least 3 years of experience working as an in-house lawyer within an organization.
• Communicative English (minimum B2), including legal and industry-specific terminology.
• Good understanding of the IT industry's characteristics and business environment, with a willingness to understand the Company's business processes.
• Nice to have: previous experience working in an IT company.
