This is a leadership role for someone who combines a hands-on technical background with a strategic mindset, taking responsibility for infrastructure operations, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and the continuous improvement of IT processes. You will play a key role in shaping the company's IT landscape by leading modernization initiatives, driving cloud adoption, strengthening security standards, and ensuring the stability and scalability of the IT environment. Working in an international setting, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the IT team. Responsibilities you'll have • Managing, maintaining, and continuously improving IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory • Driving the development of the Microsoft Azure environment and leading cloud migration initiatives Implementing and enhancing identity and endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) • Establishing and maintaining IT security standards, backup strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans • Standardizing and optimizing IT processes, including incident management, change management, and IT asset management • Partnering with business stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with organizational needs and future growth Expected competences and knowledge • Proven experience in IT infrastructure administration, engineering, or infrastructure management • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Hyper-V virtualization • Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud migration projects • Good understanding of networking technologies and cybersecurity best practices • Experience leading infrastructure improvements and managing IT change initiatives • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and spoken English Technologies you'll work with • Microsoft Azure • Microsoft 365 • Microsoft Entra ID • Microsoft Intune • Active Directory • Hyper-V • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) • IT Service Management (ITSM) • Cybersecurity Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
